The Cinderella 99 strain (aka C99) has been hailed as the “Holy Grail” by Bros Grimm and is an extremely poten, productive, and very stable plant. C The legendary C 99 seeds are renowned for their super potent high. Preflowers can often be seen between the 4th and 6th week, usually occuring around the 6th node. The marijuana plant produced by Cinderlla 99 seeds (aka C 99 seeds) produces a scent which is very sweet and fruity. As with many marijuana strains, yields are highly dependant on the methods used. Using the correct soil, nutrients and pruning style can make a BIG difference. The scent given off by Cinderella is NOT the typical “pot stench”… not at all skunky – she’s sweet and fruity with a hint of mango undertones. When you rub the resin you can definitely smell it. C99 seeds are more psychedelic. Several generations of the Cinderella 99 seeds were selected on the more sativish very psychedelic type, so they might need a week longer than the original C99, but 8 weeks of 12/12 is still very short for such a fruity sativa.
Cindy 99 strain definitely resembles the high and the taste of an exceptional sweet landrace sativa. This strain usually takes almost half a year to flower. However the C99 flowers in 7 – 8 weeks. On top of that you can expect thick sugary buds! This new batch is a cross of two exceptional basic pheno types, the Grapefruit and the Pineapple. Both derived from the original Brothers Grimm C99. It matures in 4 weeks from seed, which is much faster than the original C99. (6 – 8 weeks) Definitely one not to miss!
Cinderella 99 high starts slowly and builds into a euphoric, talkative, slightly psychedelic soaring high. Couchlock is not an issue here! Some lower tolerance level smokers do however experience a mind racing high and can become paranoid. Beware not to overindulge – you have been warned!
Originally produced by Brothers Grimm, a seed from a Jack Herer bud from Sensi Smile was grown out and pollinated by an “Unidentified mystery plant”. This resulted in a special plant called Princess. Princess was crossed with ShivaSkunk (from Sensi Seedbank), this resulted in P. 50 (or Princess 50). It was then backcrossed with the Princess to create P. 75. P. 75 was backcrossed again with Princess to create P. 88 (aka Cinderella 88) which again was backrossed with Princess to create P. 94, which is Cinderella 99.
Many growers feared for the future of Cinderella 99 with the closure of Brothers Grimm a number of years ago. This fear was heightened by the fact that for the following few years the C 99 seeds were simply unavailable at all the major seedbanks. However due to public demand these legendary seeds are making a steady comeback. Long live the King!
